Through intentional breathing techniques and the soothing vibrations of sound, we will release tension, reset our nervous systems, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace. This event offers a sacred space to unwind, connect with others, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal. All are welcome, no prior experience necessary. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to let go.
